Domestic Subsidence
Geocore specialises
in the investigation of domestic subsidence and can offer
expertise and much experience within this field. Drilling
can be undertaken almost anywhere in and around the property
- including beneath sub-floors and amongst vegetation -
with the minimum of disturbance.
We provide a rapid response to all instructions, obtaining as
much information as possible on each site visit, followed by a
fast turnaround of report.
For a more detailed
investigation, a full range of soil testing can also be
undertaken with our own soils laboratory which is equipped
for measuring and determining Moisture Content, Liquid Limits,
Plastic Limits, Linear Shrinkage and Soil Suction Tests
(according to BS1377: part 2:1990). Other soils and chemical
testing can also be carried out when required.
